Turning Fatigue into Resilience for Thriving Organisations

As the pace and volume of organisational change continues to accelerate, more leaders are recognising that change fatigue is no longer a surface-level frustration. Global data shows fatigue rising as employees navigate constant shifts, unclear direction, and ongoing uncertainty.

Change fatigue drains performance, weakens engagement and productivity, erodes psychological safety, and undermines an organisation’s ability to retain and attract top talent. Through our work with organisations in different countries, it became clear that leaders need support not only to recognise and manage change fatigue, but, even more importantly, to build change readiness and resilience into their teams.

This is why we compiled our insights into several resources: our Overcoming Change Fatigue White Paper, our article on the Business and Psychological Impact of Change Fatigue, and the creation of our 5Cs Framework: five foundational leadership practices that strengthen clarity, regular check-ins, connection, collaboration, and communication.

Our Approach

Applied consistently, the 5Cs help leaders build psychologically safe, resilient, high-performing environments where teams can adapt and thrive, even as change intensifies.

Alongside the framework, our 5Cs Assessment provides a simple, practical way for leaders to identify early signs of fatigue and prioritise meaningful action. Together, these tools equip organisations to shift from reactive fatigue management to proactive resilience building, turning ongoing change into an opportunity for healthier organisational culture, stronger teams, and sustained organisational success.

We invite you to explore these resources here:

2. Overcoming Change Fatigue Whitepaper incl. 5Cs Framework & 5Cs Assessment

In line with our purpose, we make the 5Cs Framework and the assessment openly available, because supporting leaders and organisations goes far beyond the projects we deliver directly.
